The Race Goes On, But Catsailor Doesn't

Once again we are foiled. The van never got back from the shop until too late to get to the finish line. It has now arrived, it is now packed and ready to rumble.

I will be leaving the Keys early AM to be sure and get stories and pictures for you of the Jupiter Start and will be in Cocoa Beach for the finish as well.

Of course, the way luck has it, who knows. I am really sorry about this lousy coverage, but the good thing is there are lots of sites doing a great job.

Good Racing Yesterday in Light Air, More of the Same Today

Steve Lohmayer and Jay Sonnenklar were first to the beach yesterday, but Heemskerk takes the lead on handicap. Very good racing all the way up the coast.

And it was great to see the recap on Topfusion. Click on the following link and then click on the arrow to see a replay of yesterday.

More Vehicle Problems

The Bus is out of commission for weeks it appears. I am now awaiting an upgrade to the Honda van so I can pull a trailer without wrecking the transmission.

It should be ready to roll by 11 AM and I will hopefully by at the finish line in Jupiter to greet the fleet.

The tracking is really great and has been needed for races like this for years. Awesome!
