In my experience the Wildcat is okay if you are sailing in anything but mostly flat water or rolling sea conditions. In large choppy conditions the boat is a nightmare.
So you wouldn't want to sail a wildcat in flat water or rolling seas, but both of them are better than chop.
What conditions does that leave?
