I acquired a spin bag/sock that is for an F-18. It is 72" long which surprises me because I thought for sure that it could accomodate an F-16 spin. So what are the typical dimensions for an F-18 chute?

I know that there are 2 sizes according to crew weight, 19 & 21 sq m. and that the max hoist height is 8.15m. For comparison, the F-16 max size is 17 sq m. and hoist height of 7.5m. My spin's dimensions are approximately 3.5m (11.5') foot, 6.7m (22')luff, and 7.75m (25.5') leach. Current snuffer bag is almost 90" and it uses a 3 patch retrieval.

Thanks in advance.
