Well I've just return from a heavy night down the Yacht Club so I'll keep this brief. Whilst discussing Discards an expierenced friend noted the number of expected competitors (12ish) and advised that two discards would promote a better event. If 120 good sailors turned up then one discard would make for a competitive event. So to keep in the spirit of the Circus the Nations Cup will from now on encompass two discards in the same format as last year.
However, things could still change when I'm sober?
