First sail happened today with only main sail. I just got tired of fitting things and needed to get her on the water.
That is how all homebuilders start out sailing the boat. I know of no single exception !
But congratulations with your achievement. It is a real boat now. All the items added later are just "performance improvements".
Not much wind, on gusts maybe 10 knots, did get to fly some hull though.
Looks like your mast rotation is still very tight, if so then I would let it out some more.
