And all you northern F-16 guys need to come to Florida for the winters, we have jobs here and we desparately need more cat sailors! We can have you racing nearly every weekend, all winter.

And real Estate is in the dumpster right now, we should all chip in and buy a F-16 condo, where everyone could stay for the winter. We could get one over on Cocoa Beach, not too far from the Blade factory, plenty of boats and parts, we can keep Matt busy! Come on over, the Euro is worth 150% of the dollar now!
