Do you always tighten the mast rotation?
I also did, but a day I came at the beach and the mast was quite shaking because of the fact the rotation was on. Now I always release it and the mast just parrallels with the wind...
I guess both have their downsides...
The story I've heard is that the mast can rotate (oscillate) with the wind with such frequency that the boat literally shakes....causing the ground anchors to uplift and creating a tragic (land) capsize.
P.S. I set my mast rotation fixed at 0 degrees.
