Who has right of way in this situation:
(Not racing)

Boat M (Mystere 5.5) was Leeward boat, on a starboard tack, in the intra-coastal channel (actually perhaps just a little Leeward of the channel)

Boat N (Nacra 5.0) was windward, zips (cuts) in front of me, basically cutting me off and yells starboard... forcing me to put my boat in irons, and literally pop the jib, lift rudders and centerboards to back up (I couldn't jibe due to the shallows on the left) to avoid hitting him (he then hit the channel marker)
