I really like how these D*** politicians think. When I purchased my boat there was no title issued for a -20ft sailboat w/o a motor. So how do I now register a +20yr old boat w/o a title ever issued for it. So I'm going to tell them that the boat is grandfathered since it was produced before the law was changed to it's current form.

Also there used to be a clause that boats racing (ie: racing sailboats) did not have to be registered.

The politicians are just a bunch of a**holes just looking for more $$$$'s they can piss away on pet projects ....
