3.4 All competitors shall have personal floatation in
accordance with RSS1.2.
Personal floatation shall be of a suitable size and
certified by an international recognized authority board
in writing by the MNA of the competitor.
In writing by the MNA.. I never saw such a document.
12 RADIO COMMUNICATION
A boat shall neither make radio transmissions while
racing nor receive radio communications or GSM not
available to all boats. This restriction also applies to
mobile telephones.

14 DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Competitors participate in the Global F16 challenge
entirely at their own risk. See rule 4, "Decision to
race". The Organizing Authority will not accept any
liability for material damage or personal injury or death
sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or
after the event.

15 INSURANCE
Each competitor needs to take out valid third party
liability insurance with a minimum covert of
€ 1,000,000 per event, for the entire duration of
theevent. It shall be the sole and inescapable responsibility
of the competitor to have such an insurance cover
and to provide written proof thereof the Organizing
Authority upon request.
Last time I bough insurance we were covered up to EUR400.000,-
