Like the guy who clams to sail the Hobie-20 in a 30mph wind, with just the Jib ? That was lake Mohave i think ?

Not sure why this is unbelieveable. I've done it on a M6.0 flying the hull to weather. I was only making about 70 degrees. All was fine until I got greedy and tried to sheet a little harder. That's when the big jib overpowered the rudders and I went for a swim. It's amazing what you can encounter if you do this a lot and long enough.
