SCHRS is a measurement system so you can't change the number it produces unless you change one of the elements that gets measured. You can have a situation where the double handed sloop handicap is the same as the single handed cat rig - my Stealth R is (maybe that should be "was") 1.03 in either format. The F16 version is different because the main is larger and the jib smaller - although it's always surprised me that the difference is as much as 0.98 against 1.02.
