What's the difference between McLube and SealNGlide?

McLube you spray on.

SealNGlide actually impregnante the cloth with some sort of nano-teflon type shiz.

McLube has to be re-applied everytime practically. This stuff supposedly lasts a couple of regattas.

I have a deck launch spin, would you reccomend using it, on the spin and the bag as well. Would the benefit of the sail not retaining water be worth the time?

You might have the added trouble of keeping the sail in the bag; this stuff is slick!

Yeah I wouldn't put it on the spin if you're deck launching.

I've had a hard time just getting hold of an untreated spinny before.

This stuff isn't THAT slick until you rub it against itself.

Ive got a feeling that spring fever will be awash with hanging spins and dunk buckets. We can all stand around with a beer and watch the *NOODLE* dry.

Is it worth using this stuff on preimpreganted spins (e.g. Stock Hobie Tiger spinnakers)?

Has anyone actually done this (rather than just theorizing)?
