I didn't think a hair cut would make that much difference. <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />

Ok, I'll bite...

Internal Flush for colon (getting the tokens out made me feel 29 yrs younger, able to keep [color:"blue"] [/color] up with 28 yr old girl friend now (GRIN))and Rapid Slim SX, both you can get at Wall Mart. Just follow the directions on the box and I did NO exercises that so ever. YEA I need a haircut bad, BUT it made a good wind indicator. (LOL)>

So, Doug, you mean to tell me you took a 31 lb $&!t? WOW! Man, I knew you were full of it but I had no idea how much. Did you have to get a ladder to climb down from it when you were done?

Well done Doug!

I too lost about 25 lbs over the past 2 years, but alas I had to do it the hard way...exercise and living on salads. Gotta keep on top of it...the weight likes to sneak back on when I'm not looking.

I found a sure fire way to lose 10 lbs in less than a week...pnuemonia! Had a bout of this last Feb. just after returning from the Miami OCR. We had one stormy day where I got very cold, early stages of hypothermia (violent shivering, unable to think straight etc). 3 days after getting home I had fever and fluid in the lungs. Went from 171 to 163 lbs in about 5 days. Took well over two months to regain strength and some weight.

So, Lee, yes I guess I was full of &*&(*. Feel 20 years younger and energy out the *(*(. You should try it.

OK, just how big do you have to be for the colon to hold 50 lbs of waste. I'm gonna have to call BS on that fact. For a 200 lb man, that's 25% of his body weight.

I heard John Wayne had about 30lbs of waste in him when he died. Man, what a thread this turned out to be! We must be getting old if we can keep a thread on poop going on a sailing list.

Lee...I'm getting a stomach ache now...maybe gas...time for a nap.

The distended stomach has nothing to do with the colon, you had to have quit or slowed down your BEER CONSUMPTION as well.

WHOA NOW, HOLD ON. <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />

It's crazy talk like this that gets us all in trouble. No need to jump on some crazy FAD diet scheme like this. Let's all just settle down and discuss the merits of this rationally.

I say, over a beer? <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Does this process do anything to maintain the proper sodium level? It's a long story but my son had a birth defect that requires bowel flushing twice a week. A new doctor took him on and wasn't dialed in to his over all needs. With no sodium in the flushing solution he started shedding potasium and it almost killed him. Things were so out of whack the lab people thought the test samples were somebody's idea of a joke.

Gang:

All fun intended, this is how I did it:

Internal Flush:

2 twice a day for 3 days
3 twice a day there after
Be a little careful how close you are to bathroom for first three days (LOL) (LOL) This is to clean out colon of toxins and excess $^%^^##^^,

Rapid Slim SX -This is the diet pill

1 twice a day fir 3 days
2 twice a day thereafter.

Get them a Wall Mart and use till you get to weight you want.

Good Luck,

Doug
