August 2nd is race day at Gulfport Yacht Club. Weather is forecasted to be above 10 below 15kts.

Dingram is trying to make his way over for some weekend sailing. I have committed to sailing both Saturday and Sunday.

If you are on the fence on joining us for a fun race day looks like this weekend will be a good choice.

We always have a good group out. A cats, F16s a growing fleet of F18s and H16s. He have had a few monos join us as well.

The weather in the last couple of races have not been the greatest with winds peaking to 7kts, looks like this weekend will be a nice change.

Hey Robi - Is there going to be a second annual 5 Rum Regatta at GYC this year? That was a great regatta, also the best trophies I have ever received!

sadly the person who did the five rum regatta is no longer a GYC member. so to be honest I have no idea. I can ask around this weekend.

Well you're there!!! I'll donate a jug for line honors.

I'll be there this weekend, but my knee is still really sore. Don't know if I'll actually get on the water.
