Been feeling pretty under the weather health wise over the last month so haven't been sailing but endeavouring to do the Winter Warm up series. anybody else intending to the series ?????

Whats with the Velocitek thingies ? on loan, are we planning to do a test report or something.

I had a "wannaone" moment when I saw the speedpuck, but could not get one as the software for it is only for the PC: I'm a Mac guy, I have 3 Macs at home, 1 at work and not one PC in sight.

I was bummed so I posted on a thread on SA about it being a shame, and opened my big mouth to say that with access to the specs I'll write them the Mac software. Well, an exchange of email later they send me the specs, a couple of mounts and three devices via fedex. I started on the Mac software last week-end... Now I need some data into those things to test the track downloads.

So if you want to try a velocitek device, just ask, I have the full range on my desk right now.

I haven't sailed either in the last month: I went skiing, then it was way too cold. But I send my registration form for WWU, I'll be there.
