Posts: 136 Thorneside | QLD | AUS | Hey there,
Made mine out of an old billboard sign, a guy was selling them on ebay for not much.
Has print on one side but white on the other, UV stable pvc cloth.
Just laid it out over boat while on trailer and trimmed it to fit, goes right from bow to stern.
Will post a photo later when I get home.

Posts: 556 Somers, Westernport Bay, Victo... | Dave, You can make your own if you can get hold of some truck trailer side curtain material (UV stabilized and reinforced heavy duty PVC roll). The material I got was a standard 3 m wide which was ideal for the Mozzie and 5 m long. I just laid the material over the hulls and marked where I needed to cut (bows, bridle, side stays, centreline up to the mast step and rear beam inside corners). Joining was so easy; just overlap the bow joins or eyelet reinforcement points and superglue. After 5 years it's still going strong. I have only had to replace some eyelets that corroded away. Regards, Peter
