Have just received my chute for the inter 20. Is there any specific way of positioning the patches that helps retrieval etc?...and...are there any hazzards to look out for positioning and fitting the holes in the trampoline for the blocks.

TIA
Simon

Here are some rigging pikkies for a Nacra F18 - may or may not be useful... They're on the UK F18 web site.

Hi Colin & Fluffy

Also there are some good articles and info on the U K
fORMULA 20 part of the site ,-a good one by Dave Walker from the Bala sailing club .
http://www.catamaran.co.uk/IF20/articles.htm

We may have slightly different set ups on the I-20
generally grommets are already placed in the tramp for the mast rotation control leads at the mast base area of the tramp ,-a small block is attached to the front crossbeam for spin halyard in front of the spin cleat ,-and spin blocks lead from mid hull location near stays to forward beam blocks then back in a continueous sheet . Most all use snuffers ,-except in distance races like the Tybee or Worrell type ,-then spin pole with a tramp bag ,--
I,d like a mid pole snuffer and numerous other modification for ocean distance races ,-but we don,t have the Formula 20 class going quite yet here ,
working patiently on it also ,
-N A version rules outline to date -
for any N A F-20 potential catsailors interested -

Hope that helps
Send us some updates on U K catsailing when you can -
always interesting to read about catsailing around the globe -
