The process here really has nothing at all to do with sailing as we know it. However, there is a very strong change the cat comes back for 2016. It's most likley to be mixed even though a number of committies are against it.
As I said before the meetings, there is a real risk that we end up with a compromised discipline in a compromised boat.

But one can only hope that sailing is given the chance to move into the current state, but I'm not holding my breath.
