Best spinnaker halyard line material?

Check out these REAL kites being tested on AC boats during Louis Vuitton...

Kite Sails

The website says they are being tried on my differnent boat types, including some multis.

Wonder if I could rig one on my Tornado somehow....

Yeah, you could use these on a Tornado, but we'd have to work together to get the control right. Right now we use 3 winches to control the kite. OTOH, launch and retrieval work just fine on shall multis, so it only takes a bit og genius to get the controls working. Wanna volunteer?
