We are good to go at Gilbert's (thanks to my awesome negotiating skillz - and perhaps 5 beers in). I connected with Cesar and we are approved to launch and break down from there - with one VERY important caveat:
- we must store our trailers offsite.
Good news - The storage site is close by and the storage fee per day is $10.

And yes, I will be accepting Mt Gay rum as payment for these negotiating services ... And what the hell -will even share and make u drink shots to celebrate).
