F16 HP rules are finalized and fixed per today.

<br>The results of the votes have not changed and no new issues have been raised by anyone. So I intepret this as a sign that we're ready to fix the rules and propose to have the evaluation in late 2002. Somewhere around september 2002 after we had one season of racing.

<br>You all know where the rules are, so you can read them and see how they look like in the finalized version.

<br>So guys this is how we are going to race the comming year !!!

<br>We have a few new entries in the D&G cup and currently two entries have scored just before their season ended for the winter. Hopefully we get a third result too and than we leave it up to the southern hemisphere sailors and Rick White to fight their way up to the number 1 spot. Good luck to all.

<br>9 in total. And we have good hopes that al least one BIM 16 will join us in this years cup competition
