Versión 1.7 released

New features:
- Warning flag. A yellow flag can be showed by any boat to warn other boats that they have to act fast in order to avoid protest. It is good manners to use it before luffing an overlapped boat (if in prestart or not restricted by 17.1, of course). Or in all other cases you would hail. Yellow flag activates with P key.

- New wind patterns. Average wind has been increased. Lulls and puffs now can appear at any time (not only in the first part of the race as was usual before)

- Bug fixed to avoid double penalty. If a boat is blacktagged it becomes ‘transparent’ for the rules engine.

- System has been updated to receive duplicate Id names from different associated sites.

- System has been updated to allow a system of usage quotas. This feature can be activated for youth programs (at the moment we’re working with Spanish Sailing Fed at that effect). Also because I don’t want to hear again this ‘my wife hates you’ or ‘you destroyed my life’ <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />.
