Does anyone have a picture, or drawing on how to run the jib sheat on a 14T? Does the sheat just return back to the top of the cleat? There is a black plastic roller of sorts on the top of them. I've never seen a 14 with a jib on so I have no clue. I bought all the misc parts from a friend, and a new jib from whirlwind sails. Thanks for the help.

I'm boatless.

Yes... the sheets return to the becket on top of the cleat / block. They run just like Hobie 16 sheets. Should be a picture in the manual. Check the Hobie site and support area for a pdf copy.

I couldn't find a pdf manual to download on the Hobie site. US or europe. I don't think I need it if that is where the sheet ends. By the way Matt, why does Europe have like 15 differents models to chose from. That Dragoon looks pretty fun. And NEW 14's! How can I import one?

Git yer wallet out!

You could probably buy a whole fleet of decent 14's for what one from Europe would cost. I think they've only imported one in the past 10 years. Matt M. can give you the details.

Yeah, I'm sure its spendy. Probably $3-4k just to ship it if it were by itself, and the plummeting of the US dollar to the Euro isn't helping things either. My 14 is plenty nice, and I've put way more into than I should have already. I'll take the white EPO's off my 16, put them on the 14, and a new main sail, and I should be done spending money on it. Unfortunatly I try to make up for a lack of skill by buying equipment.

Hobie Cat France keeps tweaking models and adding stuff, but doesn't seem to want to take product off their offerings list. On the other hand, we (Hobie USA) have tried very hard to concentrate on what sells.

There is no sheet diagram in the manual, but it is very similar to the 16, so:
