Tactical and Sim improvements at Tacticat

We are now more than 300 hundred sailors at Tacticat, half of them actively racing.
The system has been upgraded to Version 1.8, a number of changes have been introduced to improve tactical decision-making proceses:

- Boat-to-Boat challenges are possible at the begining or in the middle of a race, winner will get points from loser. This reflects the actual fact that, sometimes, your tactics are against other boat and not fleet oriented.

- Rudder drag has been modelled, playing with the stick has a speed penalty. Sailing smooth is faster.

V1.8 allows also the use of class-flags, backgrounds and banners for special events. (Or to satisfy sponsors).

I played last night for the first time in a while - and the improvements are, once again, terrific. Thankyou! After North Americans, I'm going to see about getting back up there in the standings!

Yep, and now that the 10 second auto penalty is in effect, seems like everyone is seriously trying to avoid eachother even better now.

Although there are still massive pile-ups at the A mark. Its actually funny.
