Smirnoff ad w/ i-20 in it

Being from New England I find this video Smirnoff Raw Tea advertisement hilarious but in part of it the guy is raising an I-20 sail... anyone know who's boat this is?

If you go to www.teapartay.com and go into the site and click prepsta guide there is also a picture of the I-20 in which u can see more of the boat, can't see the sail number in either though and there are no hull graphics on the side.
