Your first task is to haul all the junk in the garage to the dump.

I agree with Hobie1616. Get that garage cleaned out and keep the truck inside! Hey, Great stand of grass there. What is that........St. Augustine?

Hey Hey Hey there 1616, those are Miami Key Largo Flags hanging in there, better than gold. And the palms, sacrificial for the Hurricane Gods, feed them and they are happy.

That is a nice lawn but what's that thing sticking out of it? Do the Morlocks live under your house?

Re: New Truck - 07/27/07 01:36 AM

Yes, sadly, Morlocks and worse.

The world needs ditch diggers too Danny.

That's about right ... with the current state of storms in FL we're routinely getting inches per day ... recently many metro areas have experienced storms that delivered 3" in 45 minutes ... causing significantly flooding .... AND green grass!

Chrysler announces LIFETIME powertrain warranty
http://www.prnewswire.com/cgi-bin/s...04633414&EDATE=

Chrysler Introduces New 'Best-in-Industry' Lifetime Powertrain Warranty on Chrysler, Jeep® and Dodge Vehicles
Thursday July 26, 10:45 am ET
- The New Chrysler Lifetime Powertrain Warranty
- the first from an OEM and the longest in the industry
- is a statement of confidence in the reliability of Chrysler products
- Warranty covers the cost of all parts and labor needed to repair covered powertrain components - engine, transmission and drive system
- Provides worry-free ownership for new Chrysler, Jeep® and Dodge owners

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., July 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Chrysler today announced that the Company would extend its powertrain warranty from the 3- year/36,000-mile Basic Limited Warranty to a new Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. The new Chrysler Lifetime Powertrain Warranty applies to most new Chrysler, Jeep® and Dodge vehicles purchased from dealer inventory and delivered on or after July 26, 2007.

The Lifetime Powertrain Warranty covers the cost of all parts and labor needed to repair covered powertrain components -- engine, transmission and drive system. The new powertrain warranty is limited to the first registered owner or retail lessee. Customers should contact dealers for details on vehicle selection.

"This new Chrysler Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is a statement of confidence to our customers to the reliability of their powertrain. It's peace-of-mind reassurance for as long as they own the vehicle," said Steven Landry, Executive Vice President - North America, Sales and Marketing, Service and Parts, Chrysler Group.

To continue warranty coverage, the owner must have a powertrain inspection performed by an authorized Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge dealer once every 5 years. This inspection will be performed at no charge. The inspection must be made within 60 days of each 5-year anniversary of the warranty start date of the vehicle.

Landry added, "The new Chrysler Lifetime Powertrain Warranty underscores our focus on quality and customer satisfaction. It demonstrates our commitment to customers and the confidence we have in our ability to produce quality, reliable and durable vehicles. That's why we put 'lifetime' on it."

Customers may visit Chrysler.com, Jeep.com and Dodge.com for more information. A warranty promotion - print, radio, television and Internet - begins Friday, July 27.

Go for it - its a blast to drive. We got ours to replace the Honda S2000 - we needed a sensible family car with 4 doors instead of a two seater....

How about a nice Bass boat to go with that.

No Hemi. No need in Florida.

the grass looks good right now... and with this rain I have to mow every 5 days. My bud next door says I need to stop fertilizing to avoid this issue.

Boiler serviced about 8 months ago. All this type produce "crap" like that !

Shame about that, it's a quick little toy. 0-60 in 4.25, 0-100 in 10.7, atanding quarter in 11.7

Nice Subaru. What is it called? W4?

Re: New Truck - 07/29/07 05:02 PM

To give it the full name....

Subaru Impreza WRX STi WR1 ! LOL..... Better known as the WR1.

It's no 372 of 500 made to celebrate Petter Solberg winning the WRC in 2003. A "normal" STi sent to Prodrive for a fair bit of fettling.

320 BHP, 310 torques, 1300kg (I think), Prodrive engine re-map, full Prodrive suspension, Prodrive exhaust system. 18inch wheels carrying 225 45 tyres that also are a bit sticky

I'm personally drooling on the '07 Chevy 2500/3500 4WD Crewcab LTZ Duramax. Mostly for the three horses, but... I bet it would tow a cat ok ;-)

Nice car Mike. I want the license plate. I like the look of the longer narrower Euro style plates. My wife has a Mini Cooper and the US type plates just do not fit right on the front bumper.
