man, those dead boat N20s seem to be showing up the F18 hotshots... whazzup wit dat?

You know that sounds a bit like F18 envy, stop fighting it and buy the 18 you know you want to. It has got to be better than that imaginary boat you've been sailing for the last FOUR YEARS!

I'm betting Peter Vink will be "testing" the alum rig. . .

F18 fleet is dwindling/disappearing for this event.....report has JC in NED, Kenny B likely not coming.....come on we need 5 for a fleet! Getting a report of possibly a couple more F16's. Chime in if you're coming but not on this list!

JC is most certainly in NED, and take Brett off that F18 list as well. He's a Nacra 20 boy now.

Take Ken H.off the F17 list, he will be on the 20. It seems Lee had an altercation with a sharp object, and will be unable to perform his duties of grinding the sheets.

The A-Cats are in Bokeelia, Florida this weekend racing the third event of the 2009 Winter/Spring Series. 21 boats are pre-registered at this time and we hope to see the actual entries increase to over 30. Lars Guck will be on hand doing a tuning clinic on Friday with on the water coaching and de-briefs after the racing on Saturday and Sunday. We're also hoping to see Matt Struble and Randy Smyth attend the event. I'm not sure about Randy's schedule but he did sail the first two events.

If there is not a schedule conflict next year, we might bring some boats to this event.

where in bokeelia? Sounds like a good regatta to watch...

Small draw leads to Ding bailing. Humphries is jumping over into the F16 fleet (which may have their own class). Looks like 3 starts (N20's, N17's, Open). Weather is supposed to break by the weekend, but get a little cooler, so bring your game face and wetsuit!

Guys, it looks like I *might* have to bail. I was just denied the day off I requested for Friday, and it looks like I'll have to work over the weekend.

Arghhhh! That sucks! Know it's only Tue, but looks to be a nice weekend shaping up....high about 70, low near 50, E/SE winds 10-15. Call in a favor if you can!

I've busted my butt getting **** done these past few days and nights.

Got a room at Comfort Inn. I hope that I walk in to my room and see misplaced drunken co-eds. That would make my month.

I could have stayed in Kirk's basement, but apparently its getting pretty full down there, and I gave up passing out in basements back in my college years :P

Now I'm beginning to wonder whether I should have shelled out for the hilton instead. Apparently this comfort inn has some... "issues" :P
