Go to this website for an interesting recap of a newbie team in this year's race. There were 28 teams with many professional and/or champion sailors that started and 19 that finished. It is a race over 500 miles which each boat starts with all the food, drink, supplies, and spare parts that they will need for the entire time.

Can anyone elaborate on this. What they ate, how they stowed 5 days worth of liquids, where they put everything..?
