Are any of the classes having their National Championship at HavaMega? If so, which ones?

David,

The Hevamega ARE the NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS!!!! for all classes except the H16's which had their "Championship" at "CORK" in July (I believe).

NOR is here: http://www.hcana.hobieclass.com/site/hobie/hcana/downloads/nors/2009/HAVAMEGANOR5-13-09.pdf

Hobie classes (under HCA) don't really do "Nationals" anymore, mostly NAs.

Looks like they got the gremlins out yesterday (maybe they found a virgin to sacrifice to the wind gods?). Anyway, here's a link to the results so far, 117 boats racing:

We had the 'ricans kill a chicken.

I've never seen such large scale goofy wind on a lake. For example, yesterday morning, I had a nice, solid 8 kts on Bravo from 245, Alpha had a shaky 3 kts from 135, and JDub had nada on Charlie.
