Yes, there is a site where he has all the design, some pictures and a bunch of information on what he did. Click on the video to open it in youtube, the link for it is in the commentary text.

Important: the site is in French. You can try google translate but I'm not sure how it will cope.

I noticed a "translate" option with Google when looking at your website that turned most everything into English. Even if you did not do the translation (which was pretty good) I sent some notes on it to your email address.

Just because your boat is so dang cool looking. Timbo can translate "dang" for you. Hope you pass your exam.

Wow. Did you guys check out his website? 7.6 kg kayak, the hovercraft is off the top cool (check the video)and look how little time he takes to build these things. . . and tutorials to boot. I'm impressed.
