I need a boom for a 1978 Prindle 16!

I need to buy a boom and all necessary hardware for a 1978 Prindle 16. If anyone has one, knows someone that has one, knows where to get one, or has any idea where to look to get one let me know. I want to get sailing!

will the boom from a P18-2/19 work on the P16?

Also have another question. Are all P16 boooms the same? Do some years not work on older boats?

If the gooseneck connector (where the boom attaches to mast) is the same then it should work, just may have to cut it down some. There are few parts on these boats that need to be specifically "for" the boat. Of course modifications are often necessary. A friend has made 2 or 3 booms for his HT from blanks
