The sinking and salvage of the classic catamaran Ppalu - 04/20/14 02:10 AM

Once the worlds largest and fastest catamaran, and possibly the first multihull made with West System epoxies, Ppalu was recently restored, but then struck a submerged rock at anchor and partially sank. It has been salvaged and returned to the boatyard to undergo replacement of 40% of the starboard bottom.
The owners said they were about to bring it up to FL! I would love to have the chance to see this vessel first hand!
