Nacra 5.0 for sale or parts

I've had this 1982 beauty for ~12 years, but now it's time to say good-bye. I'm no longer able to keep up with the maintenance or sail her the way she deserves. Any advice on how best to sell her would be appreciated. On the plus side, the trampoline and main & jib sheets are perfect, sails are in good condition, hulls have some dings, but take on very little water during 6 months floating by her buoy. On the minus side, one rudder has some fiberglass damage at the top, the halyard system needs to be replaced, rudder pins have been jury-rigged, and the place at the top of the mast where the main-sail holds is thinning. The trailer needs a bit of work.

So, the questions are: Beyond my local Craigs List where's the best place to list this boat? Should I sell a boat, or sell parts?
