A little "hot doggin" on Smitty's NEW I20

Smitty just bought a new I20 "just to have something to play around with". He and I took her out on Sunday. Winds were in the 20s with gusts. YEEE HA!!

Looks hot! Is that Kirk N.'s boat? The sail looks strikingly famililar.

So, now that you've had your fun, care to take it around Key Largo at the 18th annual steeplechase in December? Looks to be quite a crowd of I-20s (up to 18 - possibly more)...

Well, dude....it went something like this. Smitty owns the boat. He is on the helm. I was offered the ride. I'm the guy having fun on the wire and hiking out. Smitty is a pretty big guy and he probably wasn't in any hurry to "do the dance with the gusts" until he has sailed the boat at least a few times. That is most likely why the traveler isn't in, the downhaul isn't punished and he is not on the wire. I don't know if this boat was Kirk's or not. It is brand spankin new, though.

Kirk's boat has 2 toned hulls, port is yellow and starboard is white, or maybe it the other way around.
