Keyhole trapeze system

Hey Rick,

I think I asked about the carbon keyhole buckle a week or so back (can't find the post now - maybe it was one of those that got lost in the crash). I didn't get around to ordering anything at the time, but it seems that all of those keyhole systems have now been taken off the store website. Murrays also shows them as unavailable with a note that the buckle is undergoing improvements. Do you know what the story is? Do you expect these to come back into stock sometime? Any timeframe? Any insights into what problems there might have been with the product? I've tried your online contact form and the toll free phone number, but no response.

Well, there was a breakage factor.., minor, but significant with the lower cost items. The all carbon fiber ones have had no reports of breakage yet.
I have a carbon one to try out, but can't figure out a way to do it on my Wave! <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Still working on it in order to get costs down. We will announce any improvements or new products as soon as they happen.

What if I just bought the blue plastic buckle from catsailor.com before the breakage problem was made known? Any way to exchange for the aluminum or credit for the carbon?
