I ran a few searches to try and find that hydrofoil craft that you hop on to propel through the water. Does anyone remember that link.

I don't get it, but our engineers (who love hydrofoiling stuff) like to play with them. You have to be in good shape. Even the best of them can't go that far. Usually just far enough to get back to the dock. You have to have the right set up to launch. A dock or something to stand on at the waters edge. If you come off the foils, you have to swim back dragging it with you. There is currently no way to water start. Seems to be much harder than a pogo stick. Requires more effort. They claim that people can go distance on them...
