Can anyone point me to any online photos of these flap-top sails that have been mentioned in here a few times?

most new style boats today have these sails. They capture more wind when the air is light and in heavy wind they spill some wind.

Currently I am very busy but when I get the time I will take a picture of my H16 with a square top main. This type of sail really works well on the H16 and other older designs. The Prindle 19 MX is an older design that is a rocket with a square top main. Stay tuned and I will follow this post up with a picture.

I will trying to send you a couple of pictures of my H16 with the square top main.
When we get the Hobie 16 web site up and running, this site will have a small section called the Turbo Hobie 16 which is a H16 with Square top main & tri-radial jib (both sails with foam battens), spinnaker, better down haul, and light waight rudders (also some people add a set of Trapseats to the TH16). The TH16 is not ment to replace the standard one design H16 but is just a small part of the web site dedicated to those who would like more speed and/or mainly do open non-Hobie events (PN events) and/or like to distance race.
