1727 For Sale

Another local Mossie is For Sale, Mosquito 1727 (old Atreus), Boyer Kevlar Foam Sandwich hulls, around minimum weight, Boyer Foils, Goodall Mylar Jib and Radial Main, trolley. All old but in good condition. Includes rough trailer with large sailbox.

So what is the price for this old boat. From the add it looks to be free.

Thought I put it in $4,700 I think. It's on the vmca site in for sale.

Oops, must have been thinking about fishing and sailing at Eden instead of prices of boats. Price is correct will get it put on the website.
By the way fishing is only average at Eden so far, picked up half a dozen Tailor trolling behind Mossie yesterday, so far today Pete and I have a Ray each, at 9am this morning,sitting on the beach having brekky while watching the rods as I post.

If you are interested in buying the boat and contact the owner, you may find out he has spent some money on the boat, sail repaired, new tramp, flowcoated bottoms of hulls and filled carbon centreboards that I know of, never mind the hours of cleaning up and sorting out.

More details on the trailer with this boat, it's registered and has new lights. With a very large wooden storage box, which has a new bottom in it (the old one was rotted out). Hopefully may have some pictures soon.

Do you have any pictures of the boat?

Owner has added yet another monomaran to his fleet, so this Mossie has to go, price is now $4,300.

Hi from the owner. That guy that posted $3500 is wrong. Try $4000 plus new tramp $600 + rudder bits and floor in trailer etc. Nice profit he said.
So anyway it is now at its lowest price of $3900 for the next two weeks.
If not sold it will be taken off the market at this price.
