I'll put two & two together ..... if your looking for an industrial shed where you back the car up and they hook on a brand new mozzie while you drop a bag of cash on the reception desk and sign some papers..... and then head off to the nearest body of water for a sail on your new toy ..... then is definitely a NO


But if you contact the people on the New Boats Page and lay down some deposits as you go, I'm sure your next trip with a trailer and your remaining cash will have you with a load of goodies ready for assembly by you and a few club mates over a w/end or 3 with some beers n BBQ's involved at your garage....... then its a YES

I would guess yes. Go to the new boats page on the mossie website and ring Philip (try 9pm Melb time). He will tell you what can be supplied and what is the lead time will be.
