Can someone just run through the posting of photos steps please

Click on "Switch to full screen reply" button, then click on file manager, click on browse, select your file "photo" on your computer, then click "add file", when you have enough click "Done adding files"

Matt, you can upload them to photobucket and once they are loaded you simply copy the link and then post it directly to the reply window in your thread.....

alternatively you can upload them to your facebook page and link them across from there.

both these options allow YOU to have complete control over the photos, uploading them to a forum means you have given away that right.

I borrowed this from the internet's dusty corner .....

for example lets say this is on a facebook page and you want to share it here...

on the facebook page, left click on the image and a dropdown window appears....
scroll down and click on "properties".

another window will open ...... look at the "address (url)" bit... & mover the mouse cursor over the actuall url.

left click on the url and then right click the "select all" option .... it will turn a blue highlighted area...

put the cursor back over the blue highlighted bit again and left click it again.... that window will drop down again and this time you right click on "copy"


you now have the copied address of the photo.....


Back on the forum page....
right click on the "enter an image" tab

right click on "insert a non-floating image" and a window will appear asking for the address.... there will also be a blue highlighted "http//" in the line already.....
IMPORTANT BIT..... DELETE that bit !!! link wont work with 2 http's in it

now place the cursor over the window and press the ctrl & v buttons on your keyboard at the same time
(or you can left click and then click on paste if so desired)

the address will now be pasted into that window.... right click on "ok"

it will look something like this in your post reply frame....
NB: I've broken this one so you can see the basics...

ALWAYS click on Preview Post to ensure you have it right....

then click on submit




sounds complicated but once you do a few it can be done faster than the time it takes you to upload the pic in the first place.... you can also do exactly the same for 99% of the pics on the web.
