tranning session for new mozzie sailors

id like to know if any could help with a traing session as im new to the mosquitos still trying to get use to them only sailed it twice now has a hole in hull as put knee through hull when i capsized my yacht it went right up side down now would like to know best way to right a mozzie that ened up right upside down thanx all all best please help
