Anybody else getting this pop up? Its shown up twice on my phone, and once on the home computer. I keep "X-ing" out of it. Just started yesterday or the day before

yep, was getting it yesterday.
its the avatar. when i look at round island post by Blade1 it links to
http://www.catsailor.com/bb_files/8157.jpg which needs a user/pass to access.
