Consensus on the rules yet??

Okay troops!! Time to get moving on this thing-
<br>Do we have some consensus on the rules at this point or are there SPECIFIC issues we still need to discuss/vote on?
<br>How about if Wouter provides the current rules we all seem to agree on with a "poll" next to each section- The poll to be either "I agree" or "Other, list reason/suggestion", so we can see where we stand at this point?

Kirt, is right we must move on this. I will look over all the polls in the past and combine this with the bi-lateral discussions I had with some of you and create an updated rule set.
