call to races in LA, TX, OK, AR

Hello gang. I do not want to have to drive to flordia for Wave racing.

Therefore, I want to organize Wave racing in division 6. I have talked to Chris Green (head of hobie div. 6) and have his blessing for starting up such a thing. He tells me that a fleet of 5 Waves will give us our own start at div. 6 regattas. So I need 4 more Wave owners who want to race.

Drop me a line (joshuadbryan@hotmail.com) - or even reply here in this thread and let me know that your interested. Also tell me dates that you are avaliable, or which div. 6 event you would most like to sail in. If I can get enough people interested, we can pick the best regatta (the one that most people are close to) and have our own fleet in it.

Man, you guys are exactly what this class wanted to see happen. All it takes is a catalyst in any area and bang, you have lift off.

As you get a group going and more intersted, the class would like to have a major area race where ever you will get the most attendance.

At this point we have the N.Coast, SE Coast, Atlantic Coast, NE Coast, Midwest, Great Plains and Southern Championships, and always looking to support more and more of the same.

If there is anything I can do to help, just let me know. I do have a huge mailing list of folks that have ever attended any Wave race.
