You Don't Need a Really Fast Cat To Have Fun, a Wave and enough wind for the real boats to regret putting there boats in the water will do.

Last night was on the bottom edge of the Wave fun range. 4 Portsmouth boats showed up and ~ 60 others. The C Scow retired after flipping twice, lapped the H16(novice racer) and the Laser was way back. You don't get many nights like that so I am going to write it down to remember it.

Had a great time several years ago at lake Dustin's in gusts to 45 mph. First time I had to tack downwind as not enough bow out there to stabilize when heading deeper like higher tech cats. In puffs actually headed up to dump wind from the sails

We (Wave sailors) all know how fun it is to sail a Wave when it's windy. It's even more rewarding when F18 sailors tell you they took notice of how fast we were going over beers after racing (Madcatter 2013)!
