I'm not sure what the status of the Tradewinds Regatta is. Last I heard, the F18 fleet elected to make Bluster on the Bay the midwinter F18 nationals. I do know the A's are heading to Upper Keys Sailing Club the following week/weekend for their Midwinters so I suspect the keys are open for business after the hurricane damage.

FYI, Bluster on the Bay has racing on Monday as well as Saturday and Sunday.
