Is there any interest in organizing a sail to cuba? (for the moment disregard the obvious US policy obstacles)

There is already an annual Key West-Cuba Race for Hobie 16's, and they race against the Cuban Hobie 16 sailors while over there. E-mail me after New Year's Day if you want the contact information for the guy who organizes it. It has been in my magazine, but I have to backtrack and find it.
