They look big from a tramp but the West coast sailors don't capsize and if they do they right their boat before they get wet. Never heard of a sailor hurt by a shark if you don't count **** stains.

i have met one bloke who says he lost a chunk out of his hamstring from a bull shark around nsw, i think happened during a capsize. it was always funny sailing in port lincoln, you would sail past a couple of guys trying to right their 14 foot skiff, and you would scream and point at the water, the boat would come up in a hell of a hurry. hee hee sorry fritz!!!! i was only joking!!
never actually saw one while sailing " off the beach" stuff at lincoln. seen plenty off henley though. sailing a nacra 5.2 with joel hunt and had a white on the surface swim between the hulls, he/she was longer than the 5.2 , as you said, messy undies, especially when they roll over on their side and eyeball you.

Hi Brian. I am considering coming to Ceduna for the games, all the way from Streaky Bay! Will be interesting as I have been land bound for a while & will be somewhat out of practice. Hope there are a few other mozzies around in similar shape that will blow the dust off for a fling before winter. Might give the Lincoln boys a ring to see if they are interested.
Cheers

unfortunately due to lack of interest i have been told that the catamaran class has been cancelled. the three guys in ceduna who were going to sail their mozzies have elected to sail the 420's that the club owns. dont understand how you are going to fit two 35+ year olds in to a boat that is designed for 14 year old kids? if anyone was interseted please contact myself or val blackham on 0886 252 489
cheers
