Wow, no heavy metal soundtrack on this one! I like it, but Now I really need to go grab a double espresso, pronto!

BOREDOM WARNING

If you try to watch this you'll have 2mins 18secs of total boredom. (or do as I did and skip through just checking whether it improves - it doesn't!). Why do people bother to put c**p like this on youtube????

Not in the sensitive corner today John laugh grin

Those who made the clip probably tought it was nice, and it is. Looks like a very nice evening.
Title should have warned you, "meditation" is usually quite sedate. I watched it for about 30 secs, then I began jumping to see what happened. It was indeed "sailing catamarans meditation" and could easily have put me to sleep if I watched it long enough smile

Or when you know the milk is bad but you have to smell it anyway! You can't help it (well I did anyway)

Darn it!!! Where's that 'mark posting for removal' button? I can never find nothin', when I desperately need it.

I used to check the "Drill Baby" thread, sort of like a scab, you just can't resist picking at it! But, just like a scab, after a while you convince yourself that picking at it is bad for you, I just wish there was an ignore button for individual threads!!!
